Equal Justice

civil liberties 460We support the protection of our civil liberties under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We have a particular focus on the First Amendment which embodies the liberty of free expression through speech and the media, freedom of religious belief and practice, freedom of political belief,  and the right for peaceful assembly to appeal to the government to modify policies and eradicate injustices.

We support the Second Amendment which protects our right to keep and bear arms and the Fourth Amendment which prevents the government from unreasonable search and seizure of our individual property.

While we acknowledge the equal protection clause under the 14th amendment which provides access to free public elementary and secondary school education for all US citizens and legal residents, we are also proponents of school choice which grants parents the ability to select the best educational option for their children including traditional public, public charter, parochial, private or home school.

Major New Report Finds Online Censorship is Self-Defeating

A major new report by the esteemed Royal Society finds that online censorship is self-defeating and only causes individuals to distrust authorities even more. Of course, the more cynical observer would assert that online censorship isn’t driven by the benevolent motivation to halt “dangerous misinformation.” But by the very malevolent motivation to bury the truth. Dems Plot To Prosecute Trump Over Jan 6 To Prevent Him Running In 2024

Dems Plot To Prosecute Trump Over Jan 6 To Prevent Him Running In 2024 Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Summit News, Senate Democrats are plotting to have Attorney General Merrick Garland prosecute Donald Trump over January 6 in a bid to block him from running for president in 2024. Several Democrat lawmakers believe there is a “good chance” the Department of Justice will act to prosecute Trump, knocking him out of the race before his campaign can even begin. The move is being plotted despite there being no evidence that Trump (unlike certain federal agents) orchestrated or encouraged the January 6 raid on the Capitol. “They have all of the evidence at their disposal,” claimed Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), asserting that “federal statutes that are very much implicated” by Trump’s apparent attempt to stop the certification of the election. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) claimed there was “a lot of evidence that he was complicit” in fueling the January 6 riot (without citing any). “I think anybody who it’s proven had a role in the planning of [the Jan. 6 attack] should be prosecuted, not just the people who broke in and smashed the window in my office and others,” said Brown. However, some Dems said any prosecution of Trump could backfire if he was able to wriggle free of it. “If you pull the trigger on this one, you have to make sure that you don’t miss, because this is one if you miss it essentially validates the conduct,” one senator told The Hill. The plot is another indication of the desperate position Democrats find themselves in two years out from the next presidential election year. Massive doubts are still swirling as to whether Joe Biden, whose approval rating just sunk to a new low, will be physically and mentally competent

Researcher Calls Out Censorship After Journal Pulls COVID-19 Vaccine Adverse Events Analysis

Jessica Rose didn’t ask for any of this. She started to analyze data on adverse reactions after COVID-19 vaccines simply as an exercise to master a new piece of software. But she couldn’t ignore what she saw and decided to publish the results of her analysis. The next thing she knew, she was in a “bizzarro world,” she told The Epoch Times. A paper she co-authored based on her analysis was withdrawn by the academic journal Elsevier under circumstances that raised eyebrows among her colleagues. The journal declined to comment on the matter. Rose received her PhD in computational biology from the Bar-Ilan University in Israel. After finishing her post-doctoral studies on molecular dynamics of certain proteins, she was looking for a new challenge. Switching to a new statistical computing software, she was looking for an interesting data set to sharpen her skills on. She picked the Vaccine Adverse Event …
